Data & Performance Administrator - William Hopwood Surgery

We are seeking a Data & Performance Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a key role within the practice, helping us deliver high-quality patient care through effective use of data and clinical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for running dashboards, searches and reports, maintaining accurate patient data, and supporting the practice to achieve key clinical and performance targets such as QOF, LES and Enhanced Services. You will work closely with the clinical and management teams to ensure data accuracy, effective patient recalls, and clear, actionable performance information. Person specification included Strong IT and data skills (Excel and EMIS experience are essential) Proven experience running searches and producing reports to support clinical and performance targets Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills Previous experience working in a GP practice is essential.
