Issa Medical Group Job overview An exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Physician associate has arisen, to join our friendly team at Issa Medical Group. We are an innovative practice with a dynamic team made up of GPs, nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, community paramedics, practice nurses, health care assistants and more, who work hard to provide clinical excellence and to train the clinicians of our future. Main duties of the role The successful candidate will have direct contact with patients, taking medical histories, carrying out physical examinations, updating records, making diagnoses, analysing test results, undertaking home visits and delivering treatment. Working to a professional code of ethics you will be able to demonstrate flexibility in the role and have a caring attitude towards patients. We are currently in the process of completing our purpose-built medical centre in Fulwood which should be completed in early spring 2021, the following surgeries will be relocating into the new build, The Surgery, Moor Park and Beech Drive. Person Specification Qualifications Essential Must be a member of the Faculty of Physician Associates at the RCP, which includes registration on the PA Managed Voluntary Register until such time that statutory regulation of PAs is achieved Current and valid certification or re-certification by the UK Physician Associate National Examination
