We are seeking a highly skilled and effective manager to continue to develop and drive the practice. The purpose built practice is situated in the town of Preston. Experience in leading, managing and developing a team, in a dynamic, changing environment is essential for this exciting opportunity and candidates must be passionate about developing high quality and effective patient services and business practices. Working as part of the management team, your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of business strategies, policies and practices, in addition to the general day to day operation and delivery of GP primary care services. Candidates are required to have a sound knowledge of business management, HR and finance and possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
