Practice Nurse - Part time - Moss Side Medical Centre

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic experienced GP Practice Nurse to join our small friendly team. We are a training practice with a list size of around 5000 patients. Working as part of our Primary Health Care Team you should be highly organised, motivated, computer literate and able to demonstrate continuing professional development. The ideal candidate would have qualifications and experience in Cytology, Immunisations, and Chronic Disease Management including Asthma, COPD, and Diabetes. You will have a good understanding of QOF and all other indicators we must meet. Please note you must have a nursing qualification to be considered for this role. You will have the support of all the Clinicians and Healthcare Professionals at the Practice including management and administration team. Appointment to this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and successful references. Hours required: 16-20 Wage negotiable dependent on experience.
