Practice Pharmacist - St Paul's Medical Centre

We are looking to attract a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to assist in the delivery of medicines management of Primary Care Services to work in a friendly, high performing and forward-thinking practice. This is a full-time post but part-time would be considered. The successful candidate will be a qualified pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Previous experience of working in a GP practice is desirable but not essential. You will be confident in working independently; able to prioritise workload and work well as part of a team. The focus of the work is to maximise the clinical and cost effectiveness of prescribing and performing medication reviews with the patients of the practice. Clinical patient facing qualification in a long-term condition is desirable.
