Full-time permanent role - Band 8a AFC About us The Leyland Primary Care Network is Worden Medical Centre, Sandy Lane Surgery, Central Park Surgery, Moss Side Medical and the Village Surgeries Eccleston and Croston. The PCN was established in 2019 to enhance patient services and improve the health of our population of 42,500 patients. Job overview We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic PCN Manager to join our developing Primary Care Network in Leyland. This new exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join the Primary Care Network. The appointee will play a lead role in working in a complex environment on a range of business, transformational and improvement initiatives across the primary care locality. The role will provide strategic support and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with a Primary Care background to take the lead in understanding national and local requirements, facilitating engagement between PCN member practices and implementing agreed plans. The PCN Manager needs to work with member practices to break down challenges to implementation across the PCN population. The PCN Manager will develop strong relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the locality, to ensure collaborative approaches to service development and delivery.
