Salaried GP - Distington Surgery

An opportunity has arisen for a salaried GP to join a semi rural dispensing and training practice for 4 sessions per week with potential to increase . Enjoy 7 weeks annual leave and working with skilled clinicians in a happy practice providing an excellent working environment. You would be working as a salaried GP in a well regarded CQC Outstanding training practice combining the valued elements of a traditional family practice , with a progressive attitude , meaning exciting opportunities for the future and long term stability . The practice is very well organised therefore workflow is efficient and has a list size of 5200. The practice boasts an excellent team including 4 GP Partners , 1 salaried GP ,1ANP , 3 practice nurses and 1 assistant practitioner . The practice is actively involved with their local PCN and have the support of a paramedic visiting service, care coordinator , social prescriber, community pharmacist , technician and community respiratory physiotherapist . The practice places a strong emphasis on education training and support and have working patterns that allow the development of specialist interests and / or a portfolio career . The partners are passionate that their team enjoys a quality life at work with a healthy work life balance , consequently there are daily meetings ensuring nobody feels isolated and twice weekly health team meeting . The post is offered as permanent salaried GP , however after experiencing working at Distington and with a mutual agreement there could be an opportunity of partnership for the right candidate.
