Salaried GP - James Street Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated GPs to join North Cumbria Primary Care Limited working in a salaried role on either a full time or part time basis in the Workington GP Practice. We have recently transitioned to the Modern General Practice model and we now operate a total triage system to provide better access for our patients and are committed to continuous improvement. We are developing new ways of working to streamline our admin work and ensure responsibilities are shared out equitably. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population. 

The role will include a variety of clinical sessions including pre bookable appointments both face 2 face and telephone, clinical triage, Duty Doctor and home visiting sessions. You will be supported by our excellent clinical and administrative team who are very friendly, hard working, competent, experienced and approachable and would make any new GP feel very welcome.
