All 3 surgeries operate from modern, purpose built health centres (with on-site staff gym facilities). - Salary negotiable depending upon experience - Six weeks annual leave and one week study leave (pro rata) per year - In-house clinical education and development programme - Combined list size of 12,800 patients - CQC accredited - Consistently high QoF achievers - Enhanced Service provider including Diabetes management, Minor Surgery, Anticoagulation Therapy, Perinatal, Treatment Room - Fully computerised, EMIS web & full record digitisation - Controlled workflow throughout the day with 30 minutes break after each 1.5 hour surgery - NO DUTY DOCTOR REQUIREMENTS - minimal bureaucracy and paperwork - Excellent clinical and administrative support team which includes GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants - all work as an integrated team in a stress free environment - Robust management team - Training practice for GPST's, FY2 doctors, Medical students, Physician Associates, Student Nurses with excellent retention rates of qualified GPST3's - Very supportive mentorship and guidance from senior clinicians - Good motorway links to M6, M61 & M65.
