An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy GP training Practice for a qualified Salaried GP. If you would like to work within a friendly, professional and well organised General Practice team, this is the position for you. PSM Medical Group is a well-established Practice, who care deeply about the 19, 000 patients we serve and the 60 strong team we work with. We are a large friendly Practice based in Penwortham, with a branch surgery on the campus at UCLan.
Our clinical team consists of 3 GP Partners, 7 salaried and sessional GPs, 3 ANP'S (as well as one additional who is currently being recruited), a Paramedic Practitioner, a Physiotherapist, 3 Practice Nurses, a Trainee Nursing Associate and an Assistant Practitioner. We have a pharmacy team, comprising of 3 Pharmacists and 2 Pharmacy Technicians, and we are currently recruiting a Staff Wellbeing Worker. We are also supporting the next generation of Primary Care by taking Year 4 Medical Students, FY2, GPST2 and GPST3 Doctors. These teams are supported by the Practice Manager and management team, as well as very friendly and supportive administration and care navigation teams.
Terms and conditions include:
- Minimum of £11, 000 per session (dependent upon experience)
- Indemnity insurance
- 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- 1 week's study leave
- Study leave budget
- Regular remote session
