Since its inception in 2015, the LMC Training portfolio has continued to grow and evolve. Our sessions are delivered by highly skilled and experienced trainers who are specialists in their fields, consistently receiving excellent feedback. While originally designed for practice managers, our programme now supports a wider range of practice staff, including administrators and receptionists. The portfolio includes newly revised HR events, along with dedicated training in conflict management, handling complaints and keeping up to date with CQC, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive in today’s practice environment.
