Since its inception in 2015, the LMC Training portfolio has continued to grow and evolve, offering a wide range of high-quality learning opportunities for primary care teams. Our sessions are delivered by highly skilled and experienced trainers who are experts in their fields and consistently receive excellent feedback from delegates.
Originally developed for practice managers, the programme has expanded to support a broader range of practice staff, including administrators and receptionists. The portfolio includes newly updated HR training, alongside dedicated courses in conflict management, complaint handling, and staying up to date with CQC requirements, helping teams develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s practice environment.
We are always looking to ensure our training programme meets the needs of our practices. If you have any suggestions for future training topics, or if the training you are looking for is not currently listed, we would be delighted to hear from you.

No improvements in my opinion
My 1st time doing an online training, really impressed, was so easy to use, I felt really comfortable (after worrying about it beforehand)
Excellent and informative as always
Great session, Thank you. Direct, covered what needed covering. Option to discuss if necessary. Great handouts. Also, thank you for completing in a timely manner – covered what was needed in a timely manner and finished
I think Liz did extremely well as it’s very difficult to training via MS Teams it’s all new to everyone. She kept her audience well informed
As always very informative and on this occasion was very helpful
It is so much easier and accessible training this way, no travelling and less time taken so much time available to do useful courses like this, it was great & felt like you were in the same room
I have found them useful personally as they have been great just as a refresh and sometimes it’s that confidence that you doing something right. Having the facility to do them via MT is great due to the flexibility
