The GP Resilience Programme has been running for over 4 years now, and within that time the LMC have supported a number of practices in providing diagnostic services and delivering bespoke support packages in order to help them become more resilient and sustainable. Right from the beginning, there was strong endorsement at both national and local level to the LMC being involved in this programme as providers of support.

Prior to starting work on this programme, we already had a good model of professional associates who worked under the banner of the LMC for our HR service and from this we extended our network to engage a wider pool of colleagues, which include GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers and other health care professionals.

Combining the strengths of our professional associates with our LMC office team, we can proudly say that we have years’ worth of experience and qualifications in a number of areas including project management, CQC, change management, appraisal, training, leadership development, accountancy, HR and much more.

This work has now started to extend to Primary Care Networks (PCN), who are keen for some support in moving forward so that they can be better placed to tackle the challenges they face now and into the future.

Therefore, if your practice or PCN is looking to seek support from the GP Resilience Programme, please read our LMC Offer below, which sets out how we could help you access these funds and make a real difference in dealing with the pressures you are experiencing.
