Salaried GP - St Georges Surgery

St Georges Surgery is a long-established practice serving a population of 9500 patients.

We currently have a vacancy for a Salaried GP to join our growing team.

Our medical team currently consists of 6 GP Partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Physician Associate, 1 Clinical Pharmacist and 1 Health Care Assistant.  The clinical team is supported by a full team of administrative and management staff.

St Georges Surgery has a good reputation both with patients and within the medical community locally. It is a happy, friendly practice and many of the staff have worked at the practice for a long time.  The practice was rated ‘Good’ in all areas by CQC at our last inspection in July 2019 and we are high QOF achievers.

The Candidate

We place great emphasis on teamwork and are seeking a candidate who is willing to participate fully in all aspects of surgery life, including Extended Hours. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, and enthusiastic Salaried GP for 6-8 sessions per week. The salary will be negotiable with the successful candidate.  The candidate must be able to work on a Thursday as well as be included in our Duty Doctor on-call Rota each week.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and two references.
