Checklists for making the practice environment safe and ensuring staff safety

The LMC are aware of the situation that practices are currently facing with regards to patient abuse and aggression. We already provide Conflict Management training to support staff in how to manage this but alongside that, we have now produced two checklists that practices can use to ensure the safety of their staff in relation to policies and procedures, training and risk assessing the practice environment.
