Please note that this is not an agreement between NHSE and GPC. Our national negotiators in GPC were hoping for a more fundamental review of the contract and issues to address the severe workload and pressures that you are all experiencing. However, NHSE was not able to respond to these requests and there was a failure to agree. NHSE have, therefore, published what we would consider minimal changes to the contract, all of which were expected.
