Advanced Clinical Practitioner - GAB Healthcare

GAB Healthcare are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding, diverse, healthcare team and provide patient centred care in a modern, forward thinking practice. Full time and part time applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to: 

• Assess patients with undiagnosed problems at the point of entry into the primary care setting via face to face, video and telephone consultations. 

• Autonomously treat patients (adults and children) in their own clinics. 

• Effectively prescribe, diagnose and deliver first rate assessment skills independently both at the practice and on home visits. 

• Have a recognised Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification at degree level or equivalent 

• Have an independent / Supplementary prescribing qualification 

• Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills 

• Have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to team working 

As a member of the team you will be: 

• Supported by a full complement of clinical and none clinical staff 

• Be fully involved with regular internal clinical education sessions 

• Be encouraged to develop your role in a recognised training practice 

Working hours will be across two sites between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and may include Saturday mornings and late nights on a rota basis. 

Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
