Associate Director for Nursing and Advanced Practice - North Cumbria Primary Care Alliance

Could you be our new Associate Director for Nursing and Advanced Practice? Do you want a chance to help shape and improve care for our patients? Are you a credible leader who can inspire and champion our nursing teams in meeting their potential at all levels? This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our leadership team. In addition to your own patient caseload you will support in the development and implementation of our clinical strategy of providing high-quality patient-centred primary care services, by providing clinical and professional leadership, with a focus on the nursing team and advanced practitioners working within the organisation. You will have experience of working across the breadth of Primary Care managing acute, chronic and complex presentations. You will be a credible leader with experience of delivering improvements in patient care. 

Important Information: This is a split role with 15 hours per week allocated for the Associate Director role and the remaining hours (minimum 15 hours) working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner based in one of the NCPC practices. The 2 roles have different salary scales: Associate Director - Starting from £67,791 ACP - £55,532 - £68,271 We would be happy to discuss flexible working options. Does this sound like you?
