Vacancy Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join our busy Reception and Administration team. This is a new role to the practice, and you will work between both reception and admin departments. You will ideally have experience of working with the public and in a busy environment. Previous experience of working in General Practice is desirable but not essential. Applicants should have excellent communication, IT skills and organisational skills.
The role will provide strong reception/administrative support therefore candidates must be able to work as part of a team and independently and be able to demonstrate the following:
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communications skills
• Strong IT skills • Ability to work accurately and methodically
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining composure
• Ability to work flexibly between the hours of 8am until 6pm Hours of work may include 8.00 am start, 6.30 pm finish and possibly some evening/weekend cover.
Salary dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience.
