GP Partner - Euxton Medical Centre

Exciting opportunity for a GP to join our semi-rural long-established GMS practice, looking after 4,500 patients. We are a small and very friendly practice and are committed to high quality patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our team. - 1 GP Partner, 2 part-time salaried GPs, 2 practice nurses - Own premises - Most home visits are managed by PCN paramedics - High QOF achievement - CQC rating Good - EMIS Web - Excellent supportive admin and reception team - We are part of Chorley Central PCN with direct access to physiotherapist, mental health worker and pharmacists’ post-hospital discharge reviews A start date in September 2022 but will wait for the right candidate.
