Long Term Conditions Assistant - Bay Medical Group

Were excited to introduce a new role within the practice Long Term Conditions Assistant (LTCA). This role is designed to support our LTC clinical leads by reducing their administrative workload and enhancing the efficiency of appointments. The LTCA will also play a key role in improving communication between the practice and our patients, which will help deliver better outcomes for those living with long-term conditions.
