GP PRACTICE
Pharmacy Technician/Medicines Co-ordinator up to 27.5hrs per week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Practice Pharmacy Team at The Chorley Surgery. We are a forward thinking, friendly practice based in the centre of Chorley. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The role will include delivering effective medicines management and medicines optimisation, improving patient care and being part of a multidisciplinary team whilst working within the strategic objectives of the Practice. Primary care experience would be an advantage however is not essential. You should hold a BTEC / NVQ level 3 qualification in pharmaceutical sciences and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills are essential together with being able to work as part of the practice team and as well as autonomously

Position This post is part time – up to 27.5 hours a week, however we are happy to consider less hours for the right candidate
• Salary will depend on qualifications and experience, range between £15-£16.50 per hour
