Practice Nurse - Moss Side Medical Centre

Moss Side Medical Centre are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to complement our healthcare team. The Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within our practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in Practice Nursing. 

Main duties of the job Duties

•  Conduct patient assessments and provide General Practice Nursing care in accordance with practice policies Administer vaccinations (children and adults) 
• Provide management of chronic diseases 
• Perform cervical cytology screening 
• Perform Spirometry / Feno etc 
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimise patient outcomes 

We are an excellent cohesive and dedicated team consisting of 2 GP Partners, Salaried GPs, GP Registrars, HCA, an experienced Business Manager, Operations Manager and a strong administrative team. Our GP Partners are trainers with an emphasis on training GPs of the future. The practice is a training practice and we extend development opportunities to all of our staff. Expected hours: 32 to 37.5 per week
