We are a 10,800-patient training practice based on one site in a semi-rural village called Longton, near Preston, Lancashire. We are close to motorway network links and have a range of good and outstanding local primary and secondary schools within our practice boundary. Our experienced and supportive health care professional clinical teams are assisted by our dedicated administrative and management team. 

The GP Partnership are looking to recruit an additional highly motivated and diligent Pharmacist to join our existing healthcare team of 3 GP partners and 4 salaried GPs along with Advance Nurse Practitioners, Practice Paramedic, 2 Practice pharmacists and Meds Co-Ordinator and Nurse Associate & Health & Wellbeing Team. JOB DETAILS - Large multi-disciplinary clinical team which includes ANP, Pharmacy team, Nurse Associates and GPAs along with a complement of ARRS roles such as Pharmacists, Nurse Associate, Care Co-Ordinator team, Health & Wellbeing Team, Mental Health Practitioner and First Contact Physio services

Job Specification We are looking for an additional pharmacist to join our well-established clinical team. You will be: 

- Enthusiastic and positive about General Practice and Primary Care and our fabulous NHS in general 

- A dedicated team player is a must 

- Recently qualified or with experience in primary care 

- Available to work in line with patient core service hours and business need 

- Hours of work Monday 8am - 8pm Wednesday 8am - 6.30pm Friday 8am - 6.30pm Total = 30 hours OR Monday 8am - 8pm Tuesday - Day off Wednesday 8am - 6pm Thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 6.30pm Total = 37.5 hours 

- Providing the highest standards of medical care and patient health reviews, in accordance with standards set by the GMC and CQC 

- Able to develop Special Interests and we encourage innovation and ongoing professional development
