Dr Murray & Partners are a high achieving practice, an integral part of the local community and located in Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated doctor to join us as a Salaried G.P. We strive for a good work-life balance whilst achieving extremely high patient satisfaction levels in the national G.P. Practice Survey. We are a training practice and actively involved in the leadership of our local P.C.N. and Federation. Currently we have six Partners, two Salaried G.P.s, a wonderful nursing team and highly supportive admin and management teams, practice pharmacists and social prescribers among others. We have a scheduled coffee-break each morning and tea break in the afternoon, regular practice meetings and low home visit rates. The Salaried G.P. role would attract a competitive salary plus payment of indemnity fees and would follow the B.M.A. Model Contract.
