Salaried GP - Thursby Surgery

We are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic doctor to join our long established, friendly, GMS practice. The successful candidate will be part of a forward looking and well organised team, endeavouring to maintain the highest quality of care to our patients. 

• 6-8 sessions per week 

• Flexibility with days/sessions

• Excellent team: 3 Doctor practice with 2 ANP’s, 2 Practice Paramedic, Practice Pharmacy Technician, 3 practice nurses, 2 GPAs and HCA 

• Supportive learning environment and opportunities to develop special interests 

• Training practice: including GP ST2 trainees, FY2 teaching and undergraduate 

• List size 8,622 

• High QOF achievement and good CQC rating 

• EMIS Web paper light 

• Purpose built premises including branch surgery 

• Central location with easy access 

• Full range of enhanced services (child health surveillance, family planning services) 

• Close working with Practices within Burnley East PCN
