Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Duke Street Surgery

Duke Street Surgery is a large, forwarded thinking GP practice located in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria. We have looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. Our clinical team is currently made up of 3 GP partners, 4 salaried GP's, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 Mental Health Practitioner, 4 Health Care Assistants. The clinical team are supported by a highly experience medicine management, administration and reception team. You will provide direct care to patients with a wide variety of health and social care needs by managing daily surgery comprising of face to face and telephone consultations. You will work independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals as assess, diagnose and treat conditions of patient attending within primary care and initiated direct referrals as appropriate Full or part time hours will be considered and salary dependent upon experience.
