The LMC Occupational Health (OH) Service is designed to support Primary Care staff and employees across Lancashire and Cumbria ensuring a healthier and more productive workforce.
The service is delivered by experienced GPs with OH expertise with support from the LMC and our HR team.
Services & Costs
Our cost effective and efficient service provides:
1. Absence Medicals/ Absence Management Referrals - £300
Working with employers to manage sickness and absence, offering advice on return to work plans.
2. Ill Health Retirement Reports: £600 - £700 (Subject to Case Review)
The report will confirm whether or not you have a qualifying medical reason for ill health retirement.
Locations
Utilising existing GP practice facilities for consultations and assessments with dedicated space for health screenings and assessments.
You can choose from the following:
- The Castle Medical Group, Railway View Road, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2JG
- Garstang Medical Practice, Kepple Lane, Garstang, Preston, Lancashire PR3 1PB
- Site visits for bulk requests can be arranged.
- Video consultations will also be considered.
