An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, experienced and highly motivated individual, with skills in HR, operational management and strategy. The successful applicant would support the Practice Manager by running the day-to-day operations of the Practice. Previous management/supervisory experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential. Previous GP Practice experience is essential. Key Duties: -Ensuring the smooth running of the practice team, -Providing line management support to the admin & reception team, supervising and assisting with their duties as required -Creating and managing the clinical and non-clinical duty rotas and holiday calendars, clinician duty rotas, ensuring appropriate cover is in place -First point of contact for patient concerns, issues -Act as first point of escalation for issues within the practice -Recruitment, induction of new staff members (clinical & non-clinical) -Assisting the Practice Manager with the roll-out of new projects/initiatives/contractual obligations -Deputise for the Practice Manager where required Salary to be commensurate on previous experience, skills and qualifications.
