Abbey Road Surgery is looking for an experienced Advance Nurse Practitioner. We a well-established and highly respected GP practice, operating from purpose built bright modern premises, providing care to 6,700 patients in Barrow-in-Furness. We are a high achieving practice with consistently excellent QOF results offering staff and patients a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team. e are looking for an experienced advanced nurse practitioner to join our successful and well-respected training practice. We are a supportive and friendly team made up of 3 GP partners and 2 salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 HCA’s/GPA’s and a superb administration team. We are part of a strong, successful Primary Care Network and have strong links with community teams such as Health Visitors, Safeguarding Teams, Macmillan Nurses and Case Management.
