Bay Medical Group are recruiting for a part time administrator to work as part of the Medicine Management Team at Heysham Primary Care Centre. This is a permanent position working 21.5 hours per week. Contracted hours per week will be Monday 8am - 4pm, Tuesday 1.30pm - 6pm and Friday 8am - 6pm. Interviews are planned for week commencing 16th March 2026. 

Main duties of the job 

  • To work as part of the Medicine Management Team to enable the Practice to offer quality patient care. 
  • To issue prescriptions as requested and maintain information in patient computer records. 
  • To work in line with the MMT Protocol / Flow chart. 
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the practice.
