Our team are looking for a positive, organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support for our existing leadership and management team.
Key Responsibilities
• To carry out patient services administrative tasks as required
• Assist with staff rotas and diary meeting planning, co-ordinating staff training and organisation of practice education sessions
• Assist with maintaining and improving practice systems and workflows
• Provide administrative support to ensure CQC compliance and NHS standards (knowledge of CQC an advantage)
• Handle patient communication and provide administrative support with Patient Participation Group meetings
• Assist with the management of supplies, equipment, and estates reporting
• Assist with DQ audits and reporting
About You
• Strong organisational skills
• Recent busy office working environment (healthcare experience an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (leadership experience an advantage)
• Confident using administrative or clinical systems (EMIS experience an advantage)
• Calm, professional, and solutions focused
• Committed to confidentiality and high standards of care

• 28.5 hour working week - Monday Thursday Friday 8am - 6.30pm ( non-negotiable due to business need as advertised) - Uniform, free car parking, NHS Pension - £13.50 per hour
