Practice Nurse - The Chorley Surgery

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Nursing team at The Chorley Surgery. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable, highly motived Practice Nurse to join our existing team. As our chosen Practice Nurse it is essential, to have recent experience within Primary Care, be motivated, energised, enthusiastic and relish a challenge. You must be registered with the NMC and have experience of dealing with long term condition management and QOF. Applicants with an interest in Respiratory Management are highly encouraged to apply. We are a forward thinking, friendly practice based in the centre of Chorley. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and who has excellent nursing skills. This post is 24hours per week, ideally worked over Mon/Tues/Weds. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience. NHS pension and 6 weeks paid holiday are also offered.
