Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist - Queensway Medical Centre

Queensway Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. 

This is a key leadership role within the practice, combining: 

• Patient-facing clinical work 

• Medicines optimisation leadership 

• Team management responsibilities 

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, safe and cost-effective prescribing, supporting both practice and PCN priorities.
