Salaried GP – Eden Medical Group Friendly, values-led practice | Approx. 15,000 patients Are you a motivated GP looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice where your contribution truly matters? We are seeking a committed Salaried GP to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our patient population of approximately 15,000. We are a forward-thinking practice using Anima as our Total Triage platform, and keen to optimise technology to support patient care and clinical effectiveness. Main duties of the job As a Salaried GP, you will:
• Provide high-quality primary care to registered and temporary patients
• Manage a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement
You will be expected to undertake the full range of duties associated with a GP working within primary care.

You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, including:
• GPs
• Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Practice Nurses
• Clinical Pharmacists
• Paramedic
• Frailty team to support Residential Homes

Person specification Essential
• MBChB (or equivalent)
• Completion of GP training Desirable
• MRCGP
• Experience working in primary care post-qualification
• Experience supporting learners (e.g. students or trainees)
• Involvement in quality improvement or service development
• Additional clinical interests or expertise
